Dressage Training
Based in the West Midlands, Worcestershire. Ali teaches all ages and abilities of horse and rider. From novice, nervous, intermediate to advanced.
Rider Biomechanics
Testt certified, Ali Lane, has the ability to help correct muscle function and improve both extrinsic and intrinsic biomechanics of the rider. Book a Rider Biomechanics screening with Ali today.
Equipilates Classes
Ali works on rider Alignment, Breathing and Core muscles to help riders become more aware of the parts of their bodies they may need to switch on or off. Zoom classes available every Monday at 7.30pm.
Mechanical Horse
Perry, the mechanical horse is a great tool to help riders with all kinds of issues. He doesn’t buck, rear or bolt and has the added advantage of having no straightness issues.
